How to use this tool

Coach the call, not the closing rate

Closing rate tells you an agent is underperforming; it never tells you why. A structured call review separates the stages, so you can see whether the problem is a weak discovery, an unhandled objection, or simply never asking for the visit.

Reviewing against fixed criteria also removes the awkwardness from coaching. The conversation is about a specific stage that scored low, not about the person.

1. Review a consistent sample

Two or three calls per agent per week, chosen without warning. Cherry-picked calls coach nothing.

2. Score the stages independently

An agent can run excellent discovery and still lose the call by never proposing a next step. Averaging the stages together hides exactly that.

3. Set one improvement per cycle

Feedback on six dimensions at once changes none of them. Pick the lowest-scoring stage and review it again next week.

Frequently asked questions

Should agents score their own calls?

Self-scoring first, then comparing against a manager's score, is usually more effective than manager-only review — the gap between the two is the coaching conversation.

What is a good score?

There is no external benchmark worth quoting. The signal is the trend for a given agent against their own earlier calls.

Do call recordings need consent?

Recording and monitoring obligations vary by jurisdiction and by how the recording is used. Confirm your own legal position before recording buyer calls — this tool does not handle recordings.
